To
The Chairman,
The most Respected Doctors and Staff of K.G.H,
Dear All,
We (Jitendra.CH, Umamaheswararao. M) don't find words to express our thanks. We don't have language
to commend on how receptive, cooperative and professional each one of you has been. We are delighted,
our heart and mind says "appreciate each one of you who had taken care of us and our needs directly and
indirectly.
There have been several great things that we had noticed and that is the reason we wanted to write this to
you and your staff.
When we tried to offer a Banana, a cup of tea or a Biscuit, we don't remember how many times we offered,
but each time the response from your most dynamic, young and innocent nursing staff was "Sir, we are on
duty and we don't want to accept this, thank you". We could sense their dedication and professionalism
every moment we had interacted with them. We are sure that whole credit of this goes to you and your
senior staff who had mentored them. This made us to think on the following lines.
We all need to change the way we think and perform, there is no exception to we two and our family
members.
Can we ever see such Honesty and Sincerity among the rest of the Indians!
When these young and innocent people of 20-25 years can do so great a job in such a difficult and
sensitive environment (health care is always like that), can we replace the age OLD Indian politicians with
this kind of young generation!
Here after we dream to see every Indian treating the fellow Indian the way your staff had treated us!
On our Republic day and Independence day we see our State and Central Governments honoring the
police, teachers, writers and others, but we strongly believe that one group that has been completely
ignored by Indian society is the Nursing professionals. In fact they are the ones who do more than our own
family members, at times and especially when people are bed ridden. We hope we can do something in
this regard in future.
Your Security team was so nice and professional. When we arrived in so early in the morning, we don't
know his name, but he was very helpful to us. Our thanks go to him and his team members.
Doctor Venkat Krishnan has done a great job and coordinated everything like a soldier in the war. Your
Executive Officer, Mr.Chandra Sekar was unbelievably great, he had gone beyond the limits and helped
us. It seems that he had said "Use C/O my name" as and when their address is needed. We wish and
dream that every Indian executive thinks and PERFORMS the way your E.O had done.
Then the most thought provoking incident took place in ICU. We saw Doctor MN talking to his junior
doctors and getting the information on a girl who seemed to be in unconscious state. If one looks at her
face, can easily sense the poverty of Indian lives. Dr.MN had spent almost 10-15 minutes in getting the
information on this case. We could sense his emotions and feelings to help such a poor and hopeless
fellow human being. We know, he must have helped hundreds and thousands of such people in his life so
far. We are sure he is going to help many more here after. He may see 10s and 100s every day when he
gets into his patients ward, each of them may be very desperate in medical and financial needs. He can't
help all of them. He is also just a human being like any other Indian. He made us to feel for the whole doctor
community for a moment. Unfortunately the whole nation can't get to see such great doctors and such heart
touching incidents. As you know our education system can't help us in understanding the society and its
needs better. The world outside (We are talking about our own society) carries so much of a negative
opinion about the whole doctor community. Of course we know that there are some NO-GOOD doctors in
India, we are sorry to see it and say this. This made us to donate Rs.5000/ , in fact Dr.MN inspired us to
make a small contribution. We had learnt a lesson from his, our special thanks to Dr. MN. We hope she is
safe in your great hands.
Doctor Shaktivel has been an amazing professional. He explained us every point in detail. He was a
masterpiece of your whole organization. He brings in a lot of value to your "Quality Policy- we shall achieve
International Standards in Health Care… Safe and Affordable Treatment… We will give Personal attention
to all our customers treating them as our friends and family members… We shall provide a Good health
care Environment for our Health care Team". The moment we had talked to him, we felt that he is the right
person and we are in right hands.
Thank you Mr. Chairman once again for getting all such great minds together and serving this nation.
We wish you all the best and many more achievements going forward.
We hope India could see at least one-fourth of its Parliamentarians who can think and perform like you and
your staff. We are sure, when we see such a thing happening, India can be like any other western country.
With this we remain, we really feel like we are leaving our family members, but we have to move on!!!!
Thanking you all.
Yours truly,
Jitenra Ch
Umamaheswararao. M
