"Sharing some thoughts - My Stay in KG Hospital for Heart Bypass Surgery from 24th May to 10th June 2005"
- I take this opportunity to compliment you ant the entire team of doctors and support staff of KG Hospital for the successful bypass surgery performed on me on 01 jun 05. My family members join me in expressing our gratitude for the overwhelming support and medical comfort provided during our stay in the hospital.
- Some of points that we appreciate about your hospital are :-
- Each of your staff treated me with compassion. There was always a element of human touch which is so rare to find in most hospitals.
- Passage of information was very well structured, both before and after the surgery. My family members were always kept informed about my well being.
- Standard of cleanliness and hygiene is world class, possibly the best I have ever seen. Cleaning and mopping of all rooms every hour is always a tough task and probably unheard of. Please keep it up.
- Waiving of my hospitalisation charges between 26-31 May was a very special gesture in appreciating my financial constraints.
- As I was dictating this letter to my son, one of the nurses from ICU called up home to enquire my well being and monitor my recovery. We appreciate and salute such dedication to work and understanding of human values.
